Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
